Production line inspector — Fayette County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a production line inspector in Fayette County, Illinois. Day-to-day duties: • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Measure finished parts with vernier callipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Verify dimensions against the tolerance limits on the technical drawing • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift You should have: • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
