Immediate opening: we are hiring a carpenter in West Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana. The job is in a cabinet-making workshop. Ideal candidate: • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers You will install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring; fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
