We are recruiting: we are hiring a catering cook in Sumter County, South Carolina. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies You will cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch.
