Join our team: we are hiring a spray foam installer in Benzie County, Michigan. Requirements: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam Day to day you will work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $240 per day, based on your experience.
