Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Lea County, New Mexico. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
