Join our team: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Garvin County, Oklahoma. You will work in a machine room on the rooftop. The role involves set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Sound electrical competence in three-phase and low-voltage wiring Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
