Immediate opening: we are hiring an auto body repairer in Shelby County, Alabama. You will work in a collision repair centre. The role involves: • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting Requirements: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
