Urgent requirement: stitching operator (Illinois)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a stitching operator in Champaign County, Illinois. The role involves: • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line Requirements: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance Pay around $5,100 per month, based on your experience.
