Immediate opening: we are hiring a steward in Sioux County, Nebraska. What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers Day-to-day duties: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
