Fabricator-welder wanted in Hickory County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Hickory County, Missouri. The role involves: • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Maintain the torch liner, earth clamp and gas hose Requirements: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Six days a week, one day off.
