Join our team: we are hiring a machinist in Mbaitoli Local Government Area, Imo State. You will work at a knitwear stitching unit. What we are looking for: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown Day to day you will match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes. 5+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
