Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Union County, South Dakota. The job is with a civil contractor. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit and comfortable working at height • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites The role involves break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator; set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
