Urgent requirement: we are hiring a garment presser in Ngala, Borno State. You will work in a busy laundry. Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years' experience pressing garments in a factory • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work The role involves: • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number • Clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents • Remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Contact us to fix an interview.
