Short order cook • Osisioma Ngwa, Abia State

Join our team: we are hiring a short order cook in Osisioma Ngwa, Abia State. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Your main tasks: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Requirements: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Full-time, day shift. ₦105,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
