Great opportunity: we are hiring a pastry baker in Oyo West, Oyo State. You will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. You should have: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
