Immediate opening: concrete pump mate (Arizona)

Join our team: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Santa Cruz County, Arizona. You will be based on a road and bridge project. You will compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors. What we are looking for: • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. $21 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
