Ideal candidate: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams Day-to-day duties: • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers • Operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go 5+ years on the tools preferred. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
