Halal butcher wanted in Madison County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a halal butcher in Madison County, Tennessee. The job is in a hotel or restaurant butchery. What we are looking for: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Day to day you will keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
