Immediate opening: janitor (Iowa)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a janitor in Sac County, Iowa. You will be based on a hospital ward. On the job you will handle: • Report low stock, breakages and maintenance faults • Segregate general waste and recycling into the correct bins • Strip, scrub and re-polish hard floors with a buffing machine • Mix cleaning chemicals to the correct dilution and follow COSHH data sheets • Damp-wipe kitchen surfaces, hobs and microwaves • Make up beds and change bed linen and towels Ideal candidate: • Able to follow COSHH guidance and handle chemicals safely • Comfortable operating floor scrubbers and vacuum equipment • Knowledge of colour-coded cloths and cross-contamination control We offer $31 per hour plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
