Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Cottonwood County, Minnesota. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker The role involves score the top of loaves before baking; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
