Your main tasks: • Call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point • Collect cash-on-delivery (COD) payments and reconcile the float at shift end • Sort failed deliveries and arrange a re-attempt or return to the hub • Load and balance parcels safely in the rear carrier box Requirements: • Ability to ride safely in heavy traffic and in monsoon rain • Clean riding record with no major traffic violations At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
