Vacancy available: we are hiring a car painter in Mitchell County, Texas. The role involves compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
