Elevator service technician — Uyo

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an elevator service technician in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. The job is at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. You should have: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Valid driving licence for site call-outs On the job you will handle: • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway • Replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts 6+ years on the tools preferred. ₦7,500 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
