The role involves check sling angles to stay within the working load limit; carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather 5+ years on the tools preferred.
