Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Catron County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Catron County, New Mexico. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Day-to-day duties: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar Pay around $3,200 per month, based on your experience.
