Vacancy available: building site helper (England)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a building site helper in North Yorkshire, England. Day to day you will carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site; bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator. What we are looking for: • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer £16 per hour plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
