Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Nsit Ubium, Akwa Ibom State. On the job you will handle: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Requirements: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
