Dishwashing attendant wanted in Greene County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Greene County, Illinois. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Day to day you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers 3+ years on the tools preferred.
