Join our team: we are hiring a plant operator (dozer) in Kemper County, Mississippi. The role involves refuel the machine and record running hours; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; form embankments and batter slopes to the required angle; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes; backfill trenches and foundations once services are laid. You should have: • Valid heavy equipment or plant operator licence • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Good understanding of cut-and-fill and batter slopes Rotating shifts.
