Fine-dining server • Denali Borough, Alaska

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Denali Borough, Alaska. You will work at a beach resort. The role involves greet guests, seat them and present the menu; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery. Ideal candidate: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems 4+ years on the tools preferred.
