Fabricator-welder — Mason County

Join our team: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Mason County, Texas. The job is in a pharmaceutical piping facility. The role involves carry out 6G pipe welds where required; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring); feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
