You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Accurate at weighing and following recipes On the job you will handle: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
