Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Minidoka County, Idaho. The job is at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. Your main tasks: • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required Part-time with flexible hours.
