Concrete finisher wanted in Campbell County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete finisher in Campbell County, Virginia. The job is at a precast concrete yard. You should have: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers On the job you will handle: • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Pay around $31 per hour, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
