Aluminium TIG welder wanted in Aransas County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Aransas County, Texas. What we are looking for: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Day to day you will clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut. Full-time, day shift. Pay around $27 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
