We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Athens County, Ohio. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Your main tasks: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading $4,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
