Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • 2+ years' experience as a baker You will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials.
