Lawn care technician — Buena Vista County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lawn care technician in Buena Vista County, Iowa. You will be based at a landscaping company. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Happy to work outdoors in all weather On the job you will handle: • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs • Maintain compost heaps and the potting shed • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings • Apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
