What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding Day-to-day duties: • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer 3+ years on the tools preferred.
