Scaffold fitter wanted in Ford County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a scaffold fitter in Ford County, Illinois. You will be based on an industrial refinery shutdown. Requirements: • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards • CISRS card or local equivalent at Part 1 / Part 2 level On a typical shift you will lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips; handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out; install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; erect debris netting, sheeting and brick guards; set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground. Six days a week, one day off. $20 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
