Ideal candidate: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through On a typical shift you will feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
