Cnc turning machinist — Monroe County

Join our team: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Monroe County, Wisconsin. Day to day you will top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles; load and index turning tools in the turret; change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54). You should have: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
