We are recruiting: restoration bricklayer (California)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a restoration bricklayer in Marin County, California. You will be based at a groundworks and structures site. On the job you will handle: • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder Requirements: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Able to read construction drawings and setting-out marks 6+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
