Urgent requirement: stamping press operator (Maryland)

Now hiring: we are hiring a stamping press operator in Prince George's County, Maryland. What we are looking for: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg Your main tasks: • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting We offer $26 per hour plus benefits. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
