Now hiring: we are hiring a commis chef in Gunnison County, Colorado. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO. Requirements: • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Full-time, day shift.
