We are recruiting: we are hiring a deboner in Kemper County, Mississippi. You will be based at a busy retail butcher's shop. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Your main tasks: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
