Aluminium workshop fabricator — Gadsden County

Now hiring: we are hiring an aluminium workshop fabricator in Gadsden County, Florida. You will be based at an ACP cladding fabricator. Requirements: • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes On a typical shift you will de-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces; check frames for plumb, level and square before fixing; cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw; read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors; erect curtain walling, shopfronts and partitions on site; punch and notch sections for cleats, gaskets and hardware.
