Fabricator-welder wanted in Taylor County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Taylor County, Texas. The job is in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Your main tasks: • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer Requirements: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
