Great opportunity: crawler crane operator (Indiana)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Martin County, Indiana. The job is at a precast concrete yard. On the job you will handle: • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) You should have: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • A good head for heights for tower crane work Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $2,000 per project plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
