Your main tasks: • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line Ideal candidate: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Good attention to detail and steady hands • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills Part-time with flexible hours.
